Welcome.

I’m a board-certified general adult psychiatrist with experience treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Reed College and attended medical school at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. I completed my psychiatry residence at UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, where I served as Chief Resident of the Anxiety Disorders Clinic. My areas of special interest include anxiety and mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and perinatal & postpartum mood disorders.

I believe mental health care should be collaborative rather than authoritative. Each of us brings unique knowledge and experience to the table. It is my goal to honor and respect the inherent expertise you possess regarding your own lived experience. My treatment approach entails working together to both address your concerns and also nourish your inherent strength and resilience.
